Incompatible with BootStrap 3.0.2 #58

Hi when I use messenger 1.4 with BootStrap 3.0.2, the messenger is not showed in the right format, it looks like it conflicts with bootstrap 3.0.2 alert.

I am trying to dig and isolate the root cause but so far no luck.

Sorry, it is my fault, I set the options theme to future but include other theme css in the bundle. After I set the theme name the same as the css loaded, it is working fine with BootStrap3.0.2
