document.body is null #269

Hi,

we are receiving quite a few error like document.body is null, mostly from mobile devices which use the firefox browser. It happens here https://github.com/HubSpot/offline/blob/3ef194de74f70965589ecc4fd9d1d8b9ca9ad0a2/js/ui.js#L64
