no support for multiple header rows #35

Having multiple rows of headers breaks all functionality. Preferred action for me would be to use the lowermost th row.

Example:

First header
Browser Usage Initial release Stable version
Chrome 42.68% September 2, 2008 31.0.1650.57

just run into this issue too, is there any known work around ?

I would caption tag as the first header.
