Remove unused resource files from resource release #551

Outdated files should also be deleted instead of being left in the release, since it seems to flood the resource release.

EDIT: This should also be mentioned somewhere in the release workflow.

@damithc Do we still want to keep old versions of dependencies/resources/custom dependencies somewhere?

Not at the moment, and not on GitHub. We can archive past releases (like Firefox does) somewhere online. On Github, we can keep the past n stable releases and related resources only.
