Device pairing not works wish Samsung :Android 14 :One UI 6 #34

Only in Samsung devices with OS One UI 6.0, Android 14 The bluetooth pairing not working.

Checked pairing with Nordic Semiconductor app and it's working good.

all other versions, devices working good.

Any suggestions.

With this PR, this issue should be resolved now. Version 4.0.1.3-SNAPSHOT has been deployed. Please test that version out to make sure the bonding issue is resolved. Once it's confirmed the issue is resolved, we'll push up a production version.

I tested it out today and it works. I can now bond devices again with target SDK 34.
