Error: Failed to find root link: Two root links found: [base_link] and [head] #7

When combine moving base with Kuka robotic arm, this issue appeared.

Need to make sure every link is connected with two joints. Only the base link can be connected with one joint. If you have two robot parts, need to create a joint to connect two robot parts.
