Fixed Bugs; Added Temperature Sensor Child Device #12

Outdoor temperature sensor now appears as a child device allowing use in Rule Machine. Fixed errors in the use of the tccSite function (changing "tccSite" to "${tccSite()}" in two places. Removed "old" versions of driver to lessen confusion about which driver to use.

I had already made a few changes and I manually merged the pull. However, I didn't delete the old files.
