Add a comment about the textures needing to be added to the Blender nodes

I got stuck for months on this thinking that they were already included in the .blend file and could never successfully export before then. Adding a little clarity around needing to get the maps if entirely new ones aren't being made to try and help folks like me who are trying to learn by doing. 🙂
