I have an AWS account I need to shut down, and there is no way to make a backup (that can be restored or reused) of a hubs site outside of the AWS account.
Also, I would like to move copies or rooms and scenes from one hubs cloud to another.

I would like to go to a page in the panel, and be able to "Export", with checkboxes for
settings (all the hubs settings)
scenes
rooms
avatars
accounts
...
These should also export associated assets, so the result is likely a zip that's a collection of XMLs, gltfs, images, and other assets. On import, the assets should be imported and internal references fixed up.
Ideally, I could also dig in and chose specific subsets of these. That might be better suited to being in separate locations (e.g., select a set of avatars/scenes and export them in the avatar/scenes panels; have a new "rooms" or panel where I can select rooms and export them)
