After deploy in online mode, see "HC is offline" page. Need to update/terminate instances to connect #137

My Hubs Admin doesn't load and the screen remains black. In AWS console, all green lights and message "The service is operating normally." Now what?

┆Issue is synchronized with this Jira Task

Fixed this by termianting the server on AWS. How do I prevent this happening when I'm running my event next week?

I'm experiencing + seeing more reports of:

  1. Deploy a new HC instance
  2. Connect to main hub url, you'll see the "HC is offline" page -- Will not change --
  3. Fix: update the stack or terminate your instance to restart the service
  4. Can connect normally

Expected: Deploy stack, HC directly works after 5-10 minutes of spinning up.

mee too, I have been experiencing too many HC offline recently, today it seems everytime I change the scene in Spoke, HC becomes offline... :////

Experiencing this after deploying on our servers too.

@robinkwilson The fix given doesn't work. It just stays as it is: HC is currently offline. Check back shortly.

Same problem today. Even after updating the stack. The only solution is to create a new stack?
