Hubs audio issues where UDP traffic is blocked #145

In some places UDP traffic might be blocked which blocks both ICE and RTP traffic or even just HTTP/HTTPS is allowed so no audio/audio is allowed at all.

We should give some alternative for environments with those networking constraints.

UDP is blocked in other country? Why would they do that? It's on the transport layer.

How should we allow dialog udp port range behind AWS CLB and haproxy? Or we should need to connect to dialog through cotrun? We have this question because once we joined the room, we cannot hear any other persons' sound in the room.
