[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Resize the window to a small view so that the "Admin Panel" button is displayed at the bottom.
2. Click the "Admin" button.
3. Observe the behavior.

[Expected results]:

• The UI is correctly displayed.

[Actual results]:

• The Admin Panel is displayed behind the page's content, even if the page is resized to full-screen.

[Notes]:

• The issue is dismissed if the page is refreshed while in full screen.
