Open your Hubs instance and sign into your Admin Account.
Delete the Hubs Cloud stack.
Rebuild the stack and use the same account for Admin.
Access your Hubs instance for the first time after rebuilding it in the same browser session.
Observe the behavior.

The page can be accessed.
[Actual results]:
A blank page is displayed.
The "Signed in failed - invalid token" error is displayed in the console .

If I refresh the page the UI is slightly displayed, and it appears like I am signed in, even though no login process was yet performed, presumably the login token from the deleted stack created a conflict.
This issue is not reproducible if the page is opened in Private Browsing, or in a different browser, where you weren't logged in.
The issue is no longer reproducible if the Side Data is cleared from the browser's Settings.
