The “Uploading..” button remains displayed when an avatar with no base is saved #194

[Affected Versions]:

Firefox Release 86.0.1
Chrome 89.0.4389.82

[Affected Platforms]:

Windows 10x64

[Prerequisites]:

A Hubs Cloud Instance is set up.
Make sure to not have a base avatar set.
Make sure to have a room created and entered.

[Steps to reproduce]:

Click on your user in the "People" menu.
Click the "Change Avatar" button.
Click the "Create Avatar" tile.
Click the "Save" button.
Observe the behavior.

[Expected results]:

The “Save” button should not be enabled. Or
An error message should be displayed.

[Actual results]:

The “Uploading..” button remains displayed.

[Notes]:

An 400 error message is displayed in the console as well.
