The Favicon, App Icon and App Thumbnail images do not appear on the new UI

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Make sure to be logged in as an admin on the hubs cloud instance.
• Have the Admin Panel opened.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Click the "App Settings" list item from the left side menu in the "Setup" section.
2. Click the "Images" tab in the page.
3. For Favicon, App Icon and App Thumbnail upload a different one and save the changes.
4. Go to "https://svtesthub.com/" and observe the UI.

[Expected results]:

• The saved images are persisted on the UI.

[Actual results]:

• The saved images are not persisted on the UI.
