The Avatar Pipelines Links do not appear on the new UI #199

[Affected Versions]:

Firefox Release 86.0.1
Chrome 89.0.4389.82

[Affected Platforms]:

Windows 10x64

[Prerequisites]:

Make sure to be logged in as an admin on the hubs cloud instance.
Have the Admin Panel opened.

[Steps to reproduce]:

Click the "App Settings" list item from the left side menu in the "Setup" section.
Click the "Features" tab in the page.
For the Show Avatar Pipelines Links switch it on and save the changes.
Go to "https://svtesthub.com/" and observe the UI.

[Expected results]:

The Avatar Pipelines Links are shown on the UI.

[Actual results]:

The Avatar Pipelines Links are not shown on the UI.

Not sure what's broken here. Might be a good first issue for a newcomer.
