The Google Poly API Key field is still available in the admin panel

[Prerequisites]:

• Make sure to be logged in as an admin.
• Have the Admin Panel opened.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Click the "Server Settings" list item from the left side menu in the "Setup" section.
2. Click the "API Keys" tab in the page.
3. Observe the "Google Poly API Key" field.

[Expected results]:

• The field is no longer available.

[Actual results]:

• The field is still available.
