[Intermittent] Content CDN can not be set up

• Windows 10x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Hubs Cloud instance set up.
• Make sure to be logged in as an admin on https://svtesthub.com/
• Have the Admin Panel opened.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Click the "Content CDN" list item from the left side menu in the "Setup" section.
2. Try to create and connect a Cloudflare worker by entering your workers subdomain.
3. Observe the autogenerated worker name and script.

[Expected results]:

• The correct worker name and script are autogenerated.

[Actual results]:

• The autogenerated worker name and script are not correct.

[Notes]:

• The issue still persists after taking the stack offline and putting it back online.
• There were no issues recorded in the console of the browser.
• The issue was not reproducible on another stack.
• There is also an extra message on the stack that generates the correct worker name and script.
• Attached a screenshot of the issue below of the differences between the stacks UNITO-UNDERSCORE!1!

Unfortunately, there isn't anything that would work 100% of the time, what you could try is to put the stack offline and then back online.

I encounter the same issue with a fresh AWS 1.1.7 enterprise installation. Tried to update the stack to offline and online for a few times didn't solve it.
