There is no direct confirmation that a scene is approved when performed from the Scene section

[Prerequisites]:

• Your Hubs Cloud stack is set up.
• The Admin Panel is opened.
• Have scenes imported into Hubs.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the Scenes section.
2. Click the Approve button for one of the scenes.
3. Observe the behavior.

[Expected results]:

• The button changes name to Approved or a confirmation message is displayed. OR
• The button is not displayed while the scene is listed in the Approved scene list.

[Actual results]:

• The button name remains the same and no confirmation message is displayed.

[Notes]:

• The scene is added to the approved list each time the Approve button is clicked.
• It can be confusing for users by giving the impression that the button is not working.
