Panels covers the entire browser window when window is shrinked #245

[Affected Versions]:

Firefox 96.0.2
Chrome 97.0.4692.99
Safari 15.2

[Affected Platforms]:
Windows 10x64
macOS BigSur 11.6.2

[Prerequisites]:

The Hubs Cloud stack is set up.
Have a room created and opened.

[Steps to reproduce]:

Open the Place menu.
Resize the browser window (shrink it) and observe the menu.

[Expected results]:

The window is resized and the menu is properly displayed.

[Actual results]:

The menu covers the entire window below a certain window size, and it looks bad.

[Notes]

This issue also reproduces for the "React", "Chat" and "More" menus.
It does not reproduce with the "Share" menu.
