[VR] Attach file button triggers nothing #254

[Affected Versions]: Oculus QUEST

[Affected Platforms]: Oculus QUEST v.37.0

[Prerequisites]:

[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Click on Place and select Upload.
  2. Click attach icon

[Expected results]: When the attach icon is clicked storage window should be displayed

[Actual results]: When the attach icon is clicked nothing happens
