Error messages are not acting correctly on mouse scroll

[Prerequisites]:

• The Hubs Cloud stack is set up.
• Have a room created and opened.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Click More and select Room Info and Settings.
2. Click on edit.
3. Delete the room name and click on Apply.
4. Move up&down with the mouse scroll.

[Expected results]:

• An error is correctly displayed letting the user know that the field cannot be empty. Upon movement, the error is either being dismissed or it moves with the room name field.

[Actual results]:

• The error remains in the same position even if the user moves with the scroll.

• It also reproduces for other fields if let empty (i.e. Room size)
