Instead of the speaker's audio being modified by the audio zone they are currently in, the speaker's audio is instead modified by the audio zone they were last in when the listener's app was minimized or placed in the background.
Example: There are 2 users in a room and an audio zone that prevents all users outside of the zone from hearing audio inside the zone. Both users start off outside of the zone and user A minimizes their app/window. Then, when user B goes into the audio zone, user A can hear user B as if they are not inside the audio zone.
