I need an easy way for end-users of my hub's cloud stack to be able to report, any issue they find within my stack. This will allow for end users to moderate my stack, be it a bug or content issue.
The flow should be user report -> admin center (add a tab, /admin/reports) -> admin should see all details and could then open a GitHub issue, if needed.
Should be a simple form to ask their name, email, description of the problem and a file upload for screenshot. I would allow for anonymous users to submit a report, if their email is required. This should fire off a notification to the admin via email.
