There seems to be a strange link between the pin/unpin functionality and play/pause on audio/video content placed in a room.
A non-signed in user will be propted to "sign in to pin object" when attempting to play/pause media, and disabling pin/unpin removes the play/pause button all together.
This makes it impossible to have media play/paused by users without granting them access to unpin objects.
