Upgrade three.js #2310

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We will want to update to a more recent version of three.js. This gives us new features (yay!) but also will have an impact on how our drawing system works (not yay) so we will need to track this upgrade so we know when to do the associated work to either add triangle_strips back into our fork, or swap over to use a different geometry option.
