Speakerphone functionality request #2963

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Spatial audio is great and a great benefit of Hubs, but I think there will be many scenarios where the moderator should be able to 'shout' or have their voice heard throughout the space evenly.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great if the moderator had a button they could toggle and once pressed their voice would be heard no matter where else the other users were in the room.

Describe alternatives you've considered NA

Additional context AltspaceVR has this feature where if you click on the speakerphone icon, your voice can be heard throughout the space evenly.

Also, as I've done tours in Hubs people want to walk around and explore, but they can't because they need to stick around me so they can hear me. So this feature was requested by those occasions.

There are a ton of audio things that would make hubs significantly more useful for meetings and events (and teaching), and I think this is one (the other two are server-side audio mixing, and limiting audio distance for scalability, both very different beasts, but taken together would enable many more uses).
