Camera view in Lobby still shows avatars hidden by the camera person #2965

Description The accessibility meetup that runs events in Hubs has mentioned a frequently occurring issue.

For their meetup they have a presentation and captions. They broadcast this view to the lobby so it can be watched by other folks & broadcast to a live stream.

If someone blocks the cameraperson's view, the cameraperson can hide them from their own view, but they will still be visible to people watching from the lobby.

Beyond this particular case, this could also be a severe issue for any large events that have a troll enter the space.

Expected behavior I would expect people that is hidden from a camera person's view would also be hidden from the view of the folks in the lobby.

I attended the A11Y meetup today, and this issue was still coming up for them often (they stream to the lobby cam for the recording events, and so it is helpful to hide folks so they don't obscure the presenter for people watching from outside or on the livestream).
