Here's a great example from Discord. Without some sort of auto-magic log collection I'm not sure how you could proceed with this one:
Hi, we have a 5x c5.xl instances running in Ireland and we had people try to connect from over the world (eg. Singapoure, Dubai, Germany, Italy, Us, Chile ....) Everyone used FireFox only: About half the people had issues to eigther connect at all, audio problems, assets not loading or dropping connections. Is that expected? are there other ways to make the experience work with more like 90+% of people isntad of half the people?

Tried to get my class of 31 to login to hubs, but many could not. I was running two rooms on two separate computers...kids had chrome books. Many just stuck in the boot up mode with the blue circle spinning. Any ideas to make this work..I was using the digital narrative room...was that the problem or the chromebooks.
We can't help this user without logs and we can't ask a classroom full of kids to open the developer console.
