[bitECS] Static media is pinnable and deletable in the object sidebar #6407

Description Static scene media is pinnable and deletable through the object sidebar panel but it shouldn't.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a room with static media
  2. Open the sidebar object panel
  3. Select the object
  4. See that the media is pinnable

Expected behavior Static media should not be pinnable or deletable through the object sidebar panel
