Continuous integration with Travis CI and Heroku

[zzz3bra]

• two different sites for master and dev (these branches deploy only when pushed/merged to them)
• deploying application from master with ng build --prod, from dev - simple ng build
• currently test check before deploy disabled for both branches, enable when tests become meaningful
• small fixes here and there
