As a client I want to have the capability to save model predictions in a timestamped CSV file so that this will enable me to maintain a record of the predictions that have been made.

Feature: Download Predictions
Action: Click on the "Download" button on the powdery mildew detector page.
Expected Result: The system generates a timestamped CSV file containing the model predictions and makes it available for download.
Actual Result: When clicking on the "Download" button, the system successfully generates a timestamped CSV file with the model predictions and provides it for download.
