Description: Users are being prompted with the Load a File dialog immediately after successfully loading a HueForge Project

Reproduction Steps: 1.) Launch HueForge version v0.7.0-RC2 on Windows 2.) Click File -> Open File -> Project 3.) Select the jellyfish litho example.hfp project and click open 4.) Observe the HueForge UI

Result: Immediately after successfully loading a HueForge Project a second Load File dialog prompts

Expected Result: Users should not be prompted again to with the Open File dialog.

Verified bug is fixed in HueForge v0.7.0 on Windows. Closing bug as Fixed.
