Add option to hide future articles #50

Some sources seems to provides items in their feeds that have publish dates in the future. Often these seem to be items with the same content. Not sure if this is an issue on their side when generating the feeds. One example is the feed from welt.de.

So these items should be hidden by default but there should be an option to show them.

I now decided to not implement this as an option for now but implement it hard in libfuoten as part of the database query.
