Is it possible to have the following changes/additins please?

  1. Add service reference column in the found picons

  2. to make the columns in found picons same as the missing picons . The Picon name and Picon path columns moved to the end.

  3. Add extra columns for UTF8 SNP Picons

1) found-picons.csv already has a sref column. 2) missing-picons doesn't have "picon name" and "picon path" as these are not found. 3) UTF8 name is channel name in lower case.
