two columns (cur and pos) file #2

Hi!

I'm wondering if you could post the two columns (cur and pos) file which you generated before running apply_mask_l.

The file I generated is like this: 1 A 2 A 3 C 4 C 5 C 6 T 7 A 8 A 9 A 10 C

After apply_mask_l, I got an empty output. I doubt it maybe because I generated wrong file this step.

I'd be grateful if you could help!
