Set some new defines needed for the imphash feature in elf module: BUCKETS_128 and CHECKSUM_1B
Exclude authenticode-parser C files from the PE module if openssl is disabled
Update generated bindings
Update feature from bundled_4_2_3 to bundled_4_3_0.

@Hugal31 hello! Can you split releases? First release is with a feature: openssl-static and second is with upgrade Yara to 4.3?

This needs to be re-generated with the new bindings (get_configuration_uint32/64 IIRC).
