Upgrade yara up to 4.3.1

@Hugal31 hello! Can you publish release with new yara?)

Since the binding files didn't change, should we keep the bundled-4_3_0 feature and make it an alias for bundled-4_3_1? This way we wouldn't have a breaking change, I think.

@Hugal31 , hello! Sorry for the delay. I am not sure if it's worth it. I think is better to understand witch version you use in product. If you insist I will add an alias.

No, that's ok. Here you go, 0.20.0 is released!
