contact attribute allows arbitrarily long inputs #4

When adding a role with the contact: c/99999999999999999999999999999999999, this is counted as a valid contact.

Expected behavior: Limit the length of the contact to a reasonable length for phone numbers.

Reason: There is data validation for email and deadline but not for contact, and since the purpose is for contact keeping, it should allow a longer than necessary string/number length.
