Search by ID #105

Currently the main search has option to search by anps_id. We also have TLCMap id and will soon have the NCG id. This option should be made into search by 'id' and it should return results matching any of those. (If user wants specifically only from one of these gazetteers, they can just tick the box to search only that gazetteer.)
