Linkback url automated to use Layer linkback if field empty #158

I have edited this layer https://test-ghap.tlcmap.org/myprofile/mydatasets/112 to have a linkback to https://hunterlivinghistories.com/2015/06/15/port-stephens-in-1826/ Each place in the layer has no linkback. However, when I search for 'Omegayn' and look at the map view, there is no linkback. The linkback on the map for the place should default to be the Linkback of the Layer.
