KML export icons referenced in style have gone. #167

If I export KML, it has a style reference to icons that were hosted on our website. Now the website has been changed, we probably didn't think this was needed any more, but it is. When I open KML in another app, it can't find it and displays crosses instead of a good looking map. I've attached the missing image.
