Remove most explicit mentions of gaining/losing Hodge/Podge from UMI in Charms #13

That is, remove mention of gaining/losing Hodge/Podge in response to applying/resisting UMI. Don't remove it from Charms which are explicitly about Hodge/Podge, obviously.
