Windows 7 - output file date set to date shot taken #103

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Because my photo editor strips some EXIF information off (notably many
of the fields GPicSync adds), I have to edit the photo first, then use
GPicSync last.

2. When I save an edited Jpeg from the photo editor, Date Created, Date
Modified, and Date Accessed are all set to the date the modified file was
created. This is expected behavior.

3. After I run GPicSync on the modified file to add the geo information,
the file's Date Modified and Date Accessed field now contain the date the
shot was taken. It SHOULD contain the date and time the file was run
through GPicSync, not go backwards in time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Date Modified and Date Accessed should be the time and date the file was
run through GPicSync, not be set to the time and date the shot was taken,
which could be days, weeks, months earlier.

This appears to be confusing my backup program, and it does not backup
files that have been run through GPicSync as "updated" files, when in fact
they ARE updated since they contain new information in the EXIF fields.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

GPicSync 1.28 - 2008
Windows 7 Professional x64
