What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in iPod Music Player
2. iPhone sort Thai
3. Not sort Khmer

I would like iPhone to sort Khmer Unicode the same as Thai. I'm using Ver.
0.3 of iPhone Khmer Unicode.

Please see the attach screen shots for more details.

Hi,

Problem acknowledged.

Should be solved in the next few days. The data seems to be in the ICU. the 
only thing missing is one file to 
be updated.

I will post an update soon about this problem

In "Contact" as well. It has no Khmer collation yet!

In the latest update 0.4. Still has no Collation for Khmer yet!

Sorry ... :(
No not yet. I will work on it this week.
I already found the impacted files. I will need someone to work with me for 
testing. Because, I do not have 
khmer songs (or at least not written in Khmer) same for the contacts.
The collation part is quite tricky. I should be able to request for testing in 
2 days.

The sorting things is working for me. (Please see the attached pic)

I know you cannot speak or write khmer, but do you know how khmer scripts are 
sorted?

PS:
For the first time I tested it in Contacts, I didn't know the different of the
function "Sort Order" and "Display Order" in Settings> Mail, Contacts, 
Clalendars . 

I wrote a comment before this one. That time there was some problem. After I 
posted
that comment, I tested it again. I found that it works fine. Don't know 
why???????

In Contact, there are option to sort by First Name Or Last Name! You need to 
check that!

ok. I should have something ready today for testing.
The is 2 thing that we look here. The collation and the side bar. 
I will feedback you a test file today for the sidebar.

Now if you see issue in the sorting by it self, it is going to be more 
difficult.
The collation seems to depends again on the ICU (at least there is the 
collation file definition in it).

I just want to let you know you are doing a fabulous job and I really 
appreciate your
work for a localized Khmer iPhone. Is there a way you can change the Khmer font 
you
have in notes app to display in the original font you've used, the Khmer OS
handwritten font?

Also Is there a way to display the side bar that reads vertically A-Z# in 
Khmer? I
saw in screenshot image the Thai iPhone had Thai letters written vertically for
sorting and alphabetizing. In Khmer, it would be ក-អ.

sor_ke, The Khmer OS handwritten. ;) I like it too for Notes. But now it is on 
hold a little bit, as the main 
function of writing is available. I will try to make a new font for Notes in 
the future based on Khmer OS 
handwritten. But no commitment on this one. Need to optimize the current one 
first.

Regarding your second point. Under testing, as we speak. Just sent the files to 
be tested few minutes ago. 
Should be ok by next week. (Seems to work on my iPhone) ;) But I'm not khmer so 
...
And yes Based on the Thai mapping. 17 Khmer Letters / And few Latin Letters.
