In their Document and Resource Center, ECML has a catalog with thousands of
entries:

   http://www.ecml.at/doccentre/doccentre.asp?t=DRC

It is in MARC format. Hirt emailed them about participating in OLAC using
our MARC-to-OLAC crosswalk.

Got a response from Seewald on 2009-04-29 indicating potential interest and
asking a number of follow-up questions.

Email from Seewald to Hirt in early June 2009 indicating their intention to
participate by supplying MARC21 data for us to run through the crosswalk.

Also corrected name of this issue.
