Update scripts for new server

I wrote a set of scripts for updating Simal on the 16degrees.com.au server. 
These scripts would do nice things like update from svn and update the data 
available for us automatically.

These scripts are not being used on the new server and as a result we have 
incomplete data on that server.

I've added the source of the scripts to the end of that wiki page, they may 
need a little tweaking to work on the new server, but it shouldn't be hard.

It would be worth adding the importation of the PIMS data to the 
deploydata.sh script as well.
