All pages expire #278

All pages seem to expire, which is unnecessary and user unfriendly.

If I :
- go to http://registry.oss-watch.ac.uk 
- leave the page open, 
- come back after half an hour or so (not sure about the time frame)
- Click on one of the links, eg. a project to see the project detail page

Then
- I get an error message that the page has expired and need to go back to 
the home page. 

This seems unnecessary and unwanted because there is no meaningful session 
at that point so there is no reason why the page could expire.

This is a "feature" of the Wicket framework we use for the UI. I'm not sure how 
to 
handle it, but I'm sure the Wicket docs/mailing lists will help.
