PIMS data does not update all projects correctly #282

If I import PIMS data and projects are already in the registry with a 
description, the description is not updated. This may be true for other 
fields but I did not check.

(Due to this the latest PIMS info is now on http://bombax.oucs.ox.ac.uk:8080 
Also there a lot of projects are incomplete, this is not a bug but due to 
lack of information in the PIMS import)

I think you will find that the project now has two descriptions. 

This is by design, we want to know the history of a projects data, we also want 
to 
allow different sources to provide different descriptions.

However, we don't currently have any kind of versioning system for the data and 
thus 
there is no priority given to the most up to date data, nor is it possible to 
define 
which is our prefered source.
