Show version number on web pages #307

It's currently not possible to see which version number an instance of Simal is 
running on.
It's in the properties somewhere, so it's also quite easy to get it on the web 
page.

May I suggest to add it in the footer of each page, as well as in every page 
where we ask for feedback (eg. bug reports) so people can report on which 
version a bug was detected.
